
After graduating from the London College of Communication, Jay worked in London for a number of brand agencies working with clients such as Quality Spirits International, Goldman Sachs, Invesco and BAA.
Jay specialises in brand design and brand positioning and utilises his skill-set of graphic
design, illustration, publication design and photography to create unique brands for each of
The Potting Shed’s clients.

After studying at Central St Martins and working for a variety of high profile agencies in London and Guernsey, Al relocated to Australia as Creative Director of one of the country’s largest independent magazine publishers before returning to the Channel Islands.
Al specialises in all areas of design, from publications, brochure-ware and books - to e-media, advertising and events. He is responsible for quality control and the creative output for all clients.

Ed studied Media Design and Marketing at Plymouth University and this set him in good stead for his Marketing Executive role within national lifestyle brand Freeman’s in London.
He brings his talent as an account executive, print- and media-buyer and strategic marketing planner to The Potting Shed, where his enthusiasm, organisational skills and charm come into their own.

With over a decade of experience in Design and production Tom brings with him a wealth of technical knowledge in both the print and online arenas. Tom has worked for a number of the Island’s top agencies over his career working on a number of top brands such as Collins Stewart, Randalls, Specsavers and Healthspan.

After graduating from Brighton University Hannah spent time working for one of Guernsey's largest PR and event management companies before moving to in-house marketing for a local law firm where she managed their brand, communications, PR and corporate events, both locally and in London, for over four years.
Hannah brings a number of years of marketing, event management and public relations experience to Potting Shed's broad and varied client base.

After graduating with honours Gareth went on to work with agencies in both Auckland and Wellington across a broad spectrum of design disciplines. Designing packaging for multiple award winning FMCG corporations to branding for commercial tourism and government departments - all in the first 5 years of his career.
Leaving the shores of his native New Zealand for a taste of Europe in 2004 he continued agency life in London and Guernsey where he has spearheaded branding projects in both the retail and commerce sectors from restaurants and hotels to major airlines.
